Online Operations Coordinator

  • Position Overview:

As the Ecommerce Operations Coordinator you will support the team in the execution of day-to-day operational tasks spanning across all aspect of our Ecommerce business. This role requires the ability to build, follow and optimize processes, clearly communicate cross-functionally and adhere to deadlines. This is a fast paced, ever evolving department; we are always changing and finding new ways to innovate the digital customer experience.If you are comfortable wearing many hats, have a strong ability to multi-task and love to partner with many cross-organizational teams - (creative, store operations, distribution center, 3rd Party Vendors and brand services) this is the role for you.

Performance Requirements

  • Key connecting partner for various departments and vendors; project intake and department output.

  • Prioritize and distribute incoming communications to the correct Ecommerce team members.

  • Ensure flawless execution of daily activities and Ecommerce initiatives by partnering with cross-department teams.

  • Assist Ecommerce team members in various day-to-day tasks; inventory checks, content gathering, meeting setup, ticket trafficking etc.

  • Integrate with brand service teams to deliver required information to facilitate always-on testing program.

  • Partner with team on project validation and QA and ensure integrity of site. Help build, support and run the department project in-take process.

  • Coordinate communication of department share-outs to cross-department teams.

  • Organize, manage and maintain department documents, calendars and roadmaps.

  • Assist in the documentation development and maintenance of department governance.


Work Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Associate or BA degree preferredExperience

  • 2 years digital merchandising or Ecommerce experience preferredSkills

  • Shows a strong attention to detail

  • Experience with project management or ticketing software a plus.

  • Familiar with retail and/or Ecommerce environments

  • Knowledge of Ecommerce Web Tools and Technology

  • Ability to manage and report on several projects at once

  • Use good judgment in prioritizing and keen sense of urgency

  • Resourceful in completing duties

  • Ability to collaborate and work with others; share feedback

  • Takes initiative; self-starter

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to build and maintain strong relationships
